The global education development agenda reflected in Goal 4 (SDG4) of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by India in 2015 – seeks to “ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all” by 2030. Such a lofty goal will require the entire education system to be reconfigured to support and foster learning, and the same has been articulated as national education policy in 2020.

National Education Policy clearly understands teachers’ importance and critical needs for bringing fundamental change in the current educational system. This is also the core value proposition of Pathnam- A hybrid learning ecosystem.

As NEP 2020 considers teachers and their creativity at the center of educational reforms, pathnam- a hybrid learning ecosystem, identifies and empower teachers and their teaching creativity further. Pathnam identifies and support teachers as architects of a seamless knowledge transfer process. It helps the re-establishment of teachers by means of effective and structured use of  technology tools. Our hybrid learning platform helps the teachers to overcome the burden of administrative overheads at one end and, at the same time, empowers them to have real-time access to each student’s learning progress without exercising time and effort to collect and collate general information scattered at multiple and discrete sources. Overall, the pathnam- a hybrid learning ecosystem helps teachers to become more effective and extend technological wings to their creativity.
